BajarBhav.in’s price data, search, comparison and calculator tools work without creating an account. Simply browsing the site does not collect personal information beyond what a normal web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. Creating an account to save favourites or set price alerts is optional and collects the additional information described below.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we see the information you choose to send in that message. We do not sell or share this with third parties for marketing.

Tool inputs (quantities, prices, costs you enter into a calculator) are processed in your browser or, where a calculator needs today’s price, sent to our server to look up that price, they are not stored against your identity.

If you create an account, we store your email address, a securely hashed password (never the password itself), and, if you choose to add one, a mobile number, used only to deliver price alerts you set up. We also store the markets and commodities you mark as favourites and the price alerts you create. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing. You can review and change your email, mobile number and password at any time from My Account, and delete your account and all associated data from there as well.

Signing in uses a session cookie that identifies your browser to our server; it does not track you across other websites. We do not currently send email or SMS verification messages, so an account’s email and mobile number are not confirmed as belonging to you beyond what you entered.
