Terms & Conditions

BajarBhav.in is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can browse prices, compare markets and use the calculators without an account.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. We may update the terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version.

Prices come from official sources described on Data Sources. Each price shows the time it was reported. That time is the actual reporting time, not a promise that the figure is live at the moment you read it.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every price is current. Please read the Disclaimer for the limits of what our data and tools represent.

An account is optional. If you create one, you agree to:

• give accurate details, and use an email address that is yours;
• keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it;
• verify your email using the link we send, so we can be sure alerts and notices reach you.

Changing your email asks for your password and a confirmation link sent to the new address. Your account keeps using the old address until the new one is confirmed.

You can update your details, or delete your account and its data, at any time from My Account. We may suspend or remove accounts that are fake, duplicated or used to abuse the site.

Price alerts email you when a price you chose moves the way you asked. Every account starts with 5 alerts. You can unlock more through the referral programme below.

Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis after each data update. We cannot promise that an alert will arrive at a particular time, or at all, for example if an email is delayed by your provider or a data source is late. Please do not rely on alerts as your only way to watch a price.

You can invite friends with your personal link. A friend counts towards your rewards only once they have signed up with your link and verified their email.

• 3 verified friends: 2 extra price alerts.
• 5 verified friends: a Premium badge.
• 10 verified friends: 3 more price alerts.
• 25 verified friends: a Champion badge.

The public leaderboard shows only a first name and last initial, with a verified count. One person should have one account. We may remove rewards or accounts that look fake, are duplicated, or are created to game the programme, and we may change or end the programme at any time.

Please do not:

• scrape, crawl or copy the data in bulk, or run automated tools against the site, other than search engines that follow our robots.txt;
• resell, republish or redistribute our data in a commercial product without our written permission;
• try to break, overload or bypass the security of the site, or access accounts that are not yours;
• use the site for anything unlawful or to mislead other people.

We may block traffic that looks automated or harmful, including from whole networks, to keep the site fast and fair for everyone.

The design, text, tools and the way the data is organised on BajarBhav.in belong to us. The underlying market prices are public figures published by their original sources and remain theirs.

If you send us a message or suggestion, you allow us to use it to improve the site. We will not publish your personal details without asking.

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from using the site, relying on a price, an estimate or an alert, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms. Questions about them are welcome through our Contact page. Our approach to your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
